Maintenance of electrical equipments in the plant

Carried out the Maintenance and trouble-Shooting activities for the followings:
1- Contact with 3 Nos. Gas generators, (up to 1.2MW, CAT). (at GUPCO)
2- Contact with 7 Nos. Diesel generators, (up to 1MW, CAT). (at GUPCO,
6- Contact with 3 Nos. Turbine generators, each (9 MW, 11KV, Solar Mars100). (at KPC)
7- Medium voltage Switchgear rated 11Kv, 6.6Kv of many types like Schneider, EGEMAC, Siemens, Holec & Merlingeran. (all Locations)
8- Different size of Motors, From ˝ KW up to 7.8 MW ; ( 110, 220, 415 )V, ( 6.6, 11)KV
9- MCC for all the above motors include Direct on line, Star-Delta, Soft starters and VFD drives.
10- Power Transformers up to 2MVA, (11 or 6.6 Kv / 0.4Kv). Air forced and dry types, also Potential and Current Transformers (PT & CT). (7, 8& 9 all Locations)
11- UPS systems and its auxiliaries; like Rectifiers, inverters, static switches, batteries, etc.
12- All control circuits of Shipping, fire Pumps, air & Gas Compressors. (all Locations)
13- Protective Relays calibration (Analogue and Microprocessor based) and co-ordination study (including selection of fault current ratings for circuit breakers, recluses and fuses) for many types of protection relays like ABB, Siemens, SPAU, SPAG, Sepam and Spam. And make its all setting values. (all Locations)
14- Emergency Shutdown Circuits (ESD) Using Conventional Relays or PLC. (GPC, KPC)
15- Automatic Power factor correction banks. (at GPC)
16- Earthing and Cathodic Protection systems (all Locations)
17- Planning & developing a set of standards and measures to ensure the correct and Safety maintenance.
18- Assisting in developing Predictive, preventive and Routine Maintenance programs.
19- Responsible for the new installation of electrical equipments (like Mv. Cells, PCC, MCC Power factor correction), Which include duties from offering studies, check parts up to commissioning and start up, also sharing in carried out the Engineering Studies needed according to international design codes and standards. (Specially IEC Standards)
20- Conducting the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) “MAXIMO”
21- Diagnose complex faults, analyze malfunctions, Trips, Faults, upsets& break-downs and recommended modifications to avoid re-occurrence of these faults.
26- Contacting clients and registered the vendors as suppliers to generate
