II. I am working on KW&SB Project “Construction of Greater Karachi Bulk
Water Supply Scheme, Phase-V, Stage-II 2nd 100 MGD K-III” as a Assistant Resident Engineer from October, 2002 up to date with M/s. Techno-Consult International, Karachi
At following Components. (Cost of K-III Project 8 Billions).

a) Contract WN-5 Dhabeji to High Point Rising Main 5.5 km Twin 72”Ř M S pipeline.
b) Contract Package No. 5C WN-16: Extension of 84” dia PRCC Main Link Pipeline K-II/W-10 1600mm (4.6 Km 64” Ř Pipe line & 1.68 km84” Ř PRCC Pipeline).

Responsibilities:
• Over all supervision of all site Activities.
• Checking of trench excavation with gravel bedding material according to drawing.
• M S Pipeline External Sand Blasting & External Bitumen Wrapping Coating with Fiber Glass Mate 10mm thick. According to AWWA Specification & Holliday Deduction Test of Bitumen Wrapping Coating.
• Laying & jointing of P R C C Pipeline & welding of M S Pipe according to API & BS Standard codes with Root, Hot, Filling Capping & Back Pass
• M S Pipeline Ultrasonic test / Radiography test of weld Joints & Air test.
• M S Pipeline Internal Lining 12 mm & Concrete works of Air valve, Access, Washout Chambers, Bend Structure& Thrust Block.
• Fixing of Butterfly valves, Air valves Gate valves & Flexible Coupling of M S pipe.
• Checking & Preparation of IPC and Bar Bending Schedule Of RCC Structures.
• Preparing Monthly, weekely, Daily Progress Report Physically & Financially & Also Coordination with Client & Contractors
