Prepare and approve the Welding Procedure (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and qualify the welder according to the applied code & specification.

Carry out internal inspection for pressure vessels and tanks.
Review and verify all the relevant materials certification to assure its compliance is based on project specification and applicable standard.

Inspection of installation pumps, equipment, tanks, pressure vessel and steel structure leveling and alignment.
Inspection and wittiness of installation piping / hydro test prepare and review test package.
Underground piping erection, pressure test, and wrapping and Holiday Test.
Above ground piping pressure testing and reinstatement work.
Review and approval for hydrostatic test procedure.
Punch listing prior to hydrostatic testing, supervising the H.T. flushing and blowing up.
Witness all pre-commissioning tests to ensure that all equipment and systems have been adequately prepared for a safe starter-up.
Inspection for all painting, insulation and fire proofing.
Reinstatement of the loops after H.T. and prepare for pre-commissioning.
Solving and close the problems of punch list with consulting team.
Prepare all documentation related to turn over package.
