I'm a Senior NPI Project Engineer,responsible for new product Laser Scanning Unit(Printer Head),production new process flow & new line implementation.I had successfully completed the implementation from conveyer belt to cell manufacturing concepts.

• Ensure that the right product/system is developed and delivered to meet Company's quality standard, and contract requirements
• Lead Project Teams and facilitate the communication and interaction amongst the functional representatives
• Assist the Project Manager to develop and implement recovery plans, tracking the new project against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives
• Prepare periodic management and/or customer reports and presentations
• Assist the Project Manager with the preparation and conduction of the meetings
• Review and verify new project estimates monthly (so-called project cost reports)
• Perform engineering calculations, review and approval of specification and drawings commensurate with level of experience
• Prepare requisitions for equipment and miscellaneous items as required
• Recommend new processes where needed for quality improvement, cost reduction and on-time delivery
• Coordinates planning, testing & operating phases to complete new project in a timely meaner
• Resolving procurement issues and updating and liaising with the departments on the necessary price information and documentation
• Involve in all stages of the new project from concept, schematic design, detail design, documentation to construction of new build vessels
• Responsible for new project tracking & control of the project progress.
• Strong negotiation leadership skills
• Directs, coordinates & exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration & completion of projects within area of assigned responsibility
