• Performing process calculations, process flow diagrams (PFD), inter checking with (P&ID) piping & instrumentation diagrams.
• Preparation of Data Sheets for process vessels,Quotes,Internal Details of the Vessels, technical evaluation(TE), technical specifications (TS),technical recommendations(TR) for the vendor quotations,etc..,
• Process vessels GA - nozzles orientations-fixing -Material Selections with relevant application of Codes & Standards.
• Design of pressure vessels like heat exchanger, Condenser & reactor.
• Designing of Effluent treatment plant with all inter connecting piping
• Designing of Sewage treatment plant with all interconnecting piping
• Designing of Drinking water plant, softening plant,
• Effectiveness and performance of the equipment like heat exchangers, cooling tower, Sand filters. And heat transfer analysis of the cooling tower.
• Preparation of construction Drawings.
• Scrutiny & approval of vendor Drawings.
• Knowledge of documents related to piping arrangement. Plot plans, Process Layouts, general arrangement drawings (GAD), Material take off (MTO) – preparation.
• Perform basic process calculations, detail Engineering/Able to generate the ideas in simplifying systems.
• Pressure drop & line sizing calculation.
• Isometrics, Bill of Materials–Interdisciplinary Checking & Co-Ordination.
