1. Production Engineer(Chemical) (1st April 2006 – Now Present)
Crescent Chemical Ltd.(Karamtola, Pubil, Tongi, Gazipur ,Bangladesh)
Which is a sister of concerns of “ Opsonin Group” is a renowned industrial group is our country.
Responsibilities’
 To maintain production smoothly.
 Production planning, problem analysis & solutions.
 Plant developing & New instrument (Carbonators, Pumps, Rotary vacuum filter(RVF) , Storage any tank, Motor) Setup .
 Preparations of technical documents, designs and proposals.
 Monitoring performance to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity and consistency of all product streams.
 Provide technical support to concerned departments during abnormalities & trouble shootings and environment pollution control.
 Maintain different sophisticate equipments like lime kiln, boiler, rotary vacuum filter(RVF), gas generator, diesel generator, pumps, compressors and carbonators.

2. Officer(Production), (1st July 2004 – 31 may 2005)
Shetu Agro Industries Limited (Salna, Tongi, Gazipur ,Bangladesh)
Which is A leading Agro Chemical Marketing Company in Bangladesh. Pesticide formulation plant Shetu Agro Industries Limited is a ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System) certified Company.

Responsibilities:

•Supervise Granular Pesticide formulation plant.
•Observation temperature control system in rotary dryer.
•Observation dust collector system(scrubber house).
•Supervise repacking side & Operated packing machine “Autowrap 8/25 Classic(PLC) with two tray double head Weigh filler & Auger filler with inclined screw conveyor” coming from NICHROME India LTD,one of the largest Form,Fill,Seal machines manufacture in India.
•ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System)

Job Training :
Shetu Corporation Ltd had sent me NICHROME INDIA LTD. Pune to take training on Automatic form fill seal machine model Auto wrap BD 8/25 with Swing on Facility ( Auger + Weigh filler) , a custom-built machine for packing of granular and powdery pesticides.
