I have a working experience of 25 plus years in Civil, Building, Water Engineering & Construction (EPC) and Oil & Gas (EPCC) Construction Project Management and Contract Administration Work where throughout my employment I was designated as a Contract Administrator cum Quantity Surveyor. I was responsible for the administration of the project contract to ensure that it is in order, in proper and in line with the Contract which includes responding, evaluation and ascertainment of contractual claims (Variation / Change Order, Loss & Expense) submission as in accordance with the Contract. Furthermore, I have to verify and determine whether it is justifiable, admissible or inadmissible for the Client as well as for the Contractor. On the other hand while attached with the Contractor, I’ve assisted Contractors in submission of claim entitlement (Variation / Change Order, Loss & Expense), Listing of Chronological Event of Contractual Matter, updates status of project contract report, bid contracting, building up unit rate, cost analysis and finalize account.
