Experience in Boilers, Heat Recovery Boilers, Reverse Osmosis, Sea water everse Osmosis and water treatment plant Plants.

Duration
From 1979 to 1983 :
Plant Operator State Fertilizer manufacturing Corporation Worked as a Plant operator in Water treatment and the Boiler sections. Boiler capacity is 65 t/hr and the pressure is 40 kgs/cm2.And joint in the period of commissioning of water treatment and boiler.
From 1983 to 1993 Steam power plant operator Royal commission Power Plant, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Worked as a Boiler operator and joint in the period of commissioning of eight gas turbines , three boilers and three genarators.Boiler capacity is 410 T/hr and pressure 180kgs/cm2. Generator capacity is 127 MW

From 1998 to 2001:
Maintenance manager Mirigama Clothing Pvt Ltd., Sri Lanka In charge of the maintenance Department of the factory Duties consist of operation and the maintenance of the Boilers, Press machines for garment pressing and preventive maintenance air conditioners and factory equipments .

From 2001 to date:
Plant Engineer AES kelanitissa Power plant, Sri Lanka. Control of the Water quality of Cooling tower (14000 m3/h) and Boiler Drums of the heat recovery Steam Genarator, and maintain records in e-logs for future. And Maintain Plant safety in World Standard and it is mandatory. Operation of Clarifier ( 475 m3/hr), RO ( 65 m3/h) , Sea water RO( 65 m3/h) and Mixed bed ( 50 m3 / hr) are the main responsibilities.. Daily boiler water analysis also the another duty in the plant All water treatment system is control by PLC.And Fuel oil centrifuge has a separate PLC for operation of the system.
And routine work in operation of 68 MW steam turbine operation with Heat Recovery Steam Generator. All steam plant equipment control by DCS system.

8) Other activities in the plant:
a) Make Job hazard analysis reports before start the maintenance work.
b) Make risk Assessment reports
c) Maintain log books.
e) Every simple job has to maintain the Permit System

Other Qualifications:
a) Completed Plant Training Course conducted by Kellogg Overseas Corporation
b) Completed Power principle course conducted by Resourse sciences Arabia ltd. in Saudi Arabia.

c) Completed Water treatment training conducted by Nalco, Sri Lanka.
d e) Complete Fire & Safety Training course conducted by Public safety and Fire Protection section of Royal commission in Saudi Arabia.
