PLANNING OR LEAD PLANNING ENGINEER WITH A MULTINATIONAL OIL&GAS LEADING COMPANY

October 2003- SEPTEMBER 2007 : in STIR
(Refinery), Chief of the Planning engineering & maintenance service.


Main duties:
• Follow up the maintenance activities through the CMM’s software CIMIX, the PM and CM for main equipments.
• Establishing a weekly report for the maintenance through the planning software like primavera and Ms Project.
• Following-up the external maintenance.
• Creating the requisition for new equipments.
• Good knowledge of the rotating equipment standards: API610, API 619, API 673…
• Good knowledge of static equipment standards: API615, ANSI, API, ASTM…
Achievement:
• Establish requisition for the rotating equipments: centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors and the related spare parts, GE OIL&GAS, Nuovo pignone, KSB, WHAUKESHA, dresser-rand, Hermetic, etc...
• Establish requisition for the static equipments: tanks with floating roof and fixed roof, pipelines, valves, etc...

October 2007 – may 2008:
Lead planning engineer with PETROFAC TUNISIA- Chergui gas
Plant.
Main duties in Petrofac Tunisia:
• Establish and follow up the Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up planning.
• Prepare the schedule and the tasks of the maintenance.
• Follow up the commissioning of the mechanicals equipments: rotating and static through the mechanical handbook.
• Follow up the spare parts of critical equipments.


June 2008 – Up to day:
Planning Engineer (In charge of the planning department) with British Gas Tunisia. Oil & gas
Main duties in British Gas Tunisia:

• Elaborate the plans through Primavera Project Management P5.
• Establish and follow of the bedding plan.
• Establish the 19 Months look ahead Integrated Plan.
• Prepare the short and long term shut down integrated plans.
• To record the top 40 EIR ( Engineering investigation request register)
• Establish the top 40 EIR plan.
• Develop level 3 plans for the engineering projects: create baseline, assigning resources and milestones, shortening the critical path, tracking the progress of the plan, issuing the Weekly report with all comments( S curves, issues…)

June 1997 : Technical baccalaureate from Bizerta’s secondary
school.
February 2003: National engineer degree in Industrial Maintenance from the
“ Institut national des sciences appliquées et de technologie”

September 2002 -- January 2003: end-of studies project on CMM’s MAXIMO “establishing reporting tables from the software database”.SNDP.
