Current Job Role

ľ Maintenance Planning
ƒ{ For Maintenance planning to follow the GMWP (Global Maintenance work process) which describes the different roles and responsibilities to achieve the company goals. As a planning engineer I am responsible right from accepting the notifications in SAP, Creating Work orders which includes the different operations to carry out the job along with the resources required and time and the preparation of safe job plans identifying the hazards and hazard controls. Also to prepare work packages for which contains all related documents for carrying out the job.
ľ Shutdown Planning
ƒ{ For Shut down planning to follow GTM (Global Turn around methodology) which describes beginning from identifying the turn around, work quantum including all contracts, budget estimation, Job packages preparation, budget monitoring, weekly and monthly reports.
