Duties : Mechanical Construction Engineer working more than 11 years in the Oil and Gas projects at onshore and offshore
Responsible for supervising the following activities in the refinery, gas plants , offshore platforms & pipe lines:-
1 Prefabrication works for offshore platforms ( deck ,jacket and piles)
2 Prefabrication works for piping and pipe supports ,
3 Erection works for piping and pipe supports at onshore and offshore
4 Checking and apply of the hydro-test loops for piping Networks.
5 Follow up and control all the site requirements with other departments of the project step by step till finishing of the project activities.
6 Prepare the daily and weekly report and progress of the work.
7 Ensuring of applying the HSE rules at the site.
8 Distribution of Resources (Manpower, Equipment and materials) according to job requirements.
9 Ensuring that all the project activities are done through the client specification and common codes.
10 Technical assistance and support during project and solving any problems appear with the other departments to ensure continuity of the project to final target date.
11 Ensuring of applying the Q.C instructions and welding procedure specification at the site.
