Professional Experience
-Perform, coordinate and oversee technical and office administrative duties in support of the President Director, including the provision of varied and complex office duties; may supervise clerical and other support staff, and perform other duties as assigned.
-Assisting Management and together with Finance and Adm. Manager being responsible for the office and daily business in absence of Management
-Coordinate office activities and schedules, develop and recommend office procedures and systems, ensure smooth office operations
-Independently respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature
-Make travel arrangements for the President Director and senior management, maintain appointment schedules and calendars for the President Director, arrange meetings and conferences
-Establish and maintain spreadsheets, databases and power point presentations as required
-Receive and distribute incoming mail; review and evaluate mail to identify those items requiring priority attention of the President Director
-Attend management or other meetings, as directed by the President Director
-To ensure that all permits and licenses were in place for the Importation of the Airship.
-To ensure all flight and ground crew had all necessary visa¡¦s, work permits and licenses to operate throughout Indonesia, including travel permits, accommodation, transport and security.
-To liaise and negotiate with Government Departments for necessary permits to operate the Airship within and throughout Indonesia.
-To organize and ensure that general business facilities such as expense bank accounts were opened and operational.
-To liaise with the end customer and the Airship provider to ensure flight schedules and planned events were coordinated to fulfill customer expectations within the operational requirements of the airship.
-To travel with and be a member of the airship team acting as the coordinator and liaison officer for the entire operation and all parties.
