Logistics Supervisor

• To add value of the nine years experience in logistics and seek new opportunities that shall enrich me with new practical chances.

A.) Logistics Supervisor –
• Supervise all logistical processes starting from the receipt of the material request until the material is confirmed received according to the Purchase Order.
• Customs/clearance follow-up and assessment of the performance of the clearing agent according to the contract,
• Warehousing management and distribution,
B.) Logistics Coordinator –
• Coordinate in all logistical processes according to the supervisor’s directions;
• Coordinate in the the documentation process such as exemptions follow-up, issuance of requests for quotations, assessment of given offers, issuance of Purchase Orders and ensure that all purchasing terms and conditions are being adhered to as per the Letter of Purchase Order agreed upon with the suppliers.
• Delivery and handling of materials load/ offload.
• Customs clearance coordination: ensuring both that all relevant documents are being provided to facilitate delivery materials in time and that there is no delay in the release of materials unless justified and approved.
• Coordinated in the Operation Team serving Schlumberger
C.) General Manager for Midlink for General Trade and oilfield Services :–
• Managing the company by providing oilfield companies with different kind of supplies such as spare parts for drilling materials (such as Rig parts, chemicals, pipes, mud, electrical..etc.), safety and security materials and solutions such as safety clothes, firefighting solutions, Security Cameras and Access Control Solutions…etc.
Career Achievements:
• Developed a system controlling materials requests, quotations, Purchase Orders, which ensured best products and services with competitive prices (that’s prior to the implementation of the main system for such process.)
• Established two warehouses from scratch in a limited time, limited resources and a modest system, yet was capable to control the materials and could issue all essential reports and was also able to cope with the fast pace the company had to have in order to meet the launching short deadline.
• Succeeded in accomplishing my logistics supervision part in the gaint project of the extension of Amran Cement Factory

COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Microsoft Dos ,Windows, Word and Excel.
• Internet and Outlook Express.
• Experience in Sita System ( Oracle Data Base/ for logistics trace and track operations
