Bosicor Pakistan Limited owns the Crude Oil Refinery at Mouza Kund (MKP1). The Facilities are situated in Mouza Kund, Gadani near Hub Balouchistan about 60 km west of Karachi. The Refinery is involved in the production of diverse petroleum products and is listed in the Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad Stock Exchange.
Responsibilities
Make Sale Tax Invoices on SAP of 50 customers.
Maintain Daily Dispatch report and sent to Senior Manager.
Make purchase order in SAP
Make G.R in SAP
Book Gain & Loss entry in SAP
Monthly reconciliation of Stock in Sap & physical
Monthly reconciliation of Sales Tax.
Maintain Product Gain & Loss fortnight wise.
Maintain Stock via SAP.
Scheduling of orders & arrange tank Lorries.
Collect orders from customer and arrange Tank Lorry as per requirement.
Monthly report of dips shortage.
Maintain & arrange stationery item for office.
Check and verify contractor freight bills and process them for payment & Make P.R on SAP.
Filling of Sale Tax Invoices & Delivery order Notes.
Generate Purchase Requisition on SAP for stationery item and Contractor monthly Bills.
Follow-up payment of supply, contractor bills, office document of shipment and regional staff monthly claims
Daily contact and interaction with carriers and regional staff.
Trace & expedite shipments from origin to point of delivery.
Handling & directing customer inquiries and complaints
Collating and processing original documents.
In consultation with the site supervisors measure the payments due to the construction contractors
Liaise between contractors, service providers and GOAL logistics to create an efficient logistical support to the programmed.
Continue the review of the current logistic files to ensure that all appropriate documentation has been
Monitoring the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
Co-coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;
Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements;
Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs;
