WORK EXPERIENCE
March 2008 – Present E & I QC Inspector, Dung Quat Oil Refinery, Vietnam (DQR Project)
Technip Consortium (Technip France, JGC - Japan, Technicas Reuinidas – Spain)

+ Doing Electrical and Instrumentation inspection on site to ensure that every installation carried out as design. (Items inspection: LV motor, MV motor, HV Motor, installation of transformer, Gauges, Transmitters, Cable, Cable Tray, cable trench, lighting panel, grounding system…) and to make sure that the Product Quality meets the specified requirements, codes, engineering standards and good practices by a proper and testing.
+ Doing testing on Electrical and Instrument Equipment include: Transformer Functional test, Cable test, Hi-pot test, Lux test, Pressure Test, Calibration and Testing of Instruments and Panels…and the other Pre-Commissioning test.
+ Co-ordinate with construction manager, supervisor to perform inspection, to write Working Procedure, Method Statement, Field Quality Control Plan and other QA/QC documents used for QA/QC work.
+ Assit E&I Supperintendent in monitoring loop-check progress. Prepare loop-check folder and working through TakeoverXP to do handover work.

+ Preparing electrical equipment list and data sheet
+ Establish typical electrical installation drawing (Grounding, lighting, cable tray...)
+ One line diagram, schematic diagram (develop typical motor control center, schematic diagram showing connections and function for control circuit motor’s).
+ Establish classification of hazardous area of electrical, hazardous layout.
+ Lighting: lighting board schedule, showing load and circuit requirement, lighting fixture, type lighting.
+ Designing and checking grounding & lighting, communication and fire alarm.

+ Practising at Hoa Binh Hydro-Electric Power Plant (1920MW) in 7 weeks to study about generator, transformer and transmission line (500kV line, 220kV line) and study how to operate a Power Plant.
+ Practising at Cam Xuyen district branch of EVN (Electricity Vietnam) in summer in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006: Record the data and doing the statistics work about power consuming.

- Bachelor Science Degree of Hanoi University of Technology (5 years training course in one of the best technical University in Vietnam): Major in electrical engineering, Grade: Good.
- TOEIC certificate: 615.
- Scholarship of “Vietnamese Student newspaper” for hardware training course”
