Analyzer Instrument Engineer

• Design and engineering the Analyzer Pre-Conditioning System & Sample Conditioning Systems, Instrument Loop Wiring and Electrical Wiring Drawings. • Test analyzer/field instrument devices and Analyzer House for internal Factory Acceptance Test.

• Skill in designing and engineering the Analyzer Pre-Conditioning System & Sample Conditioning Systems, Instrument Loop Wiring and Electrical Wiring
• Skill in specification, selection and buyout of Analyzers/field instruments & other materials.
• Skill in the analyzer/field instrument devices installation for plant modification and plant expansion.
• Skilled in testing of analyzer/field instrument devices such as:
– Check of instrument/analyzers loop and field instrument hook-up drawing
– Factory Acceptance Test at manufacturer premises prior for shipment to plant site.
– Site Acceptance Test at PT PENI site prior Analyzer Systems handed over.
• Familiar with Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.
• Familiar with hazardous area classification.
• Skilled in maintenance and operation of Process Analyzer and Gas Detection Systems.
• Familiar with Field Instrumentation devices such as Flow, Temperatures, Pressure, Level, Valve
• Skilled in inspection and test of Instrument Protective Devices (Emergency Shut Down/ESD System)
• Familiar working with Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar working with DCS, PLC and pneumatic control systems.
• Skilled in company Environmental and Quality Management System (ISO 9001-2000 & 14001-2004).
• Skilled in Document Management System for ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2004.
