„X Facilitating owners of the sites in obtaining NOC from the Local Authorities and neighbors of the owners.
„X Thoroughly checking of property documents like registry, Aaks Shajra, Fard and power of attorney.
„X Translating the sample copy of lease agreement and possession certificate for owners clause by clause, drafting lease agreement and submission of files to the MOBILINK, U-FONE , ALKATEL HUAWEI, Zte & NESCOM property department.
„X Representing in monthly progress review meetings with MOBILINK, U-FONE , ALKATEL HUAWEI, Zte & NESCOM
„X Preparing Energization files and getting updates from Energization vendors on daily basis and push them to achieve their weekly targets.
„X Maintaining proper filing system and database of the sites that have been given to TSS,
