• I am working on CM-PAKTEL project with AlCATEL-LUCENT PAKISTAN with 250 Sites on Turn Key.
• Manage the Performance of Sites Agents (SAQ) and other Consultants to ensure efficiency in the overall process from site acquisition request till handover.
• To supervise and approve all the Sites documents being submitted (SSR, TSSR, Lease Agreement etc) to Client and circulate all pending ones to the team members for follow-up with all sites activities.
• To regulate the follow of all sites activities staring from SAR, SSR, TSSR, SIR, Site Design, NOC, Wapda as well as their file submission to concerned till the final site handover.
• To supervise the final sites build documentation i.e. Construction Modules in both Soft and Hard Form for final Site handover.
