Client : Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), Lekki Peninsula, Lagos – Nigeria.
Responsibility : Performed as a Procurement Specialist (Buyer & Expeditor) from bidding stage till completed delivery. Review by details correctness and completeness of REQ from Engg, check all applicable and associate documents properly, prepare RFQ and issue to nominated Vendor, review and evaluate bid from Vendor, evaluate and forward technical query and clarification from Engineering to Vendor vv., negotiate for final price, issue RFP/PO to selected Vendor, develop TQ/TBE/TCE Tracking, monitor the RFP/PO till its materials completely delivered at jobsite. Responsible for over 190 RFQs.
