Risk Management, designing, implementing and application of risk control systems for projects. I.e. Safety, Security, Fire prevention, Gas detection, Quality & Environmental.

Designing implementing and facilitating behavioral accident prevention systems.

Compiling and conducting Health and Safety related training programs.

HAZOP, HAZAN, HAZID, JHA, Swift analyses, Fault tree analyses, and other types of risk management systems during Engineering, Construction and Commissioning fazes of projects.

Safety management during Construction, Pre-commissioning and commissioning of projects. Including pre-start safety reviews, SIMOPS, QRA etc.

Advising and supporting project management in cost effective implementation of safety systems and ensuring that such systems conforms to international safety standards, local legislation and other requirements.

Experienced and qualified as auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001 SHEQ management systems.

Incident investigation, root cause analyses, advising and implementing of corrective action to prevent recurrence.

Designing and implementing HSEQ Management systems based on ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001: 2004 & OSHA 18001 international standards.

Developing key performance, leading and lagging indicators for analyses to identify trends based on scientific analyses.

Departmental management. Ensuring adequate planning, leading organizing and control of departmental functions and responsibilities are implemented and that adequate resources are allocated to ensure continuous effectiveness thereof.
