Mol Pakistan Oil & Gas Co. B.V – From June, 2006 – To date:
Presently I am working as FSO (Field Security Officer) with MOL Pakistan in Tal Block, NWFP. My job descriptions are as under:

• Prepare the Security Plan for Company Field Installations like Production Plants and Rig Sites to ensure protection of man and material at the site.
• Advise management on security situation in the country and in operational area.
• Organize and implement Access Control System.
• Identify and rectify any Security Lapses.
• Ensure that all Security SOP and Company instructions are followed.
• Reporting and investigation of incidents.
• Assure close liaison with Law Enforcing Agencies.
• Responsible for Training and Discipline of security personnel in the field.
• To plan, execute and monitor security escort operations being provided to all expatriates and nationals moving to and from the field.

Pakistan Army:

I have served in Pakistan Army as a Commissioned Officer and got retired as Major. During my service in Pakistan Army I served in infantry units plus on various staff appointments, which are:

• Intelligence Officer of Battalion
• Company Commander.
• Adjutant
• Second In charge of Battalion (2IC)
• Staff Captain A( HQ 61 Brigade)
• Signal Officer
• Mortor Officer

• FSc (Pre Engineering)
• Army Courses,
o Junior Officer Leadership Course secured B+ grade.
o Company Weapon Course, secured AY+ grade.
o Mortar Course, secured AY+ grade.
o GHQ Law Course.
o Qualified PARA Course.
o Junior Staff Course, secured B grade.

Recently I have don NEBOH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.

As my resume notes, I have served in Pakistan Army for 14 years as a commissioned officer and presently serving in MOL Pakistan Oil & Gas B.V. as Field Security Officer since Jun 2006.I have formulated the Security Plan of Rig& Plants sites, Emergency Response Plan, modify the Access Control System and Evacuation Plans. Kept all inform mission about the political situation and have close liaison with community and Law Enforcing Agencies. Attend the community meetings along with Community Relation Officer to assist and support him. I use to run the Security awareness programs and give Security advice to Company on prevailing situation. Constant training and supervision of security staff is done.
