• Planning & Implementation of day to day Maintenance activities of the gathering station, booster stations, water injection well, gas injection well, wellhead equipments and Utilities.
• Executing the Emergency Shutdown in Gathering stations, Oil & Gas plant, Well Head equipment & Overhead Line.
• Carrying out all Inspection and Testing activities of the contractor at all stages as per the QCP and FEED requirements
• Notifying the non-conformances identified during site inspection and recommending corrective measures to Contractor.
• Compiling and maintaining pertinent records of inspection and tests till the end of contract /job order or for a retention period contractually agreed.
• Condition monitoring and correction of any deviation in Electrical Parameters (Noise, Vibration, Bearing Condition, Load Current) of running equipment.
• Preparation of Preventive maintenance schedule, Shutdown Planning and follow up of materials indenting and inspection of the received material.
• Direct the site personal on Maintenance Craft Procedure (MCP) & Quality Control plans.
• Conducting internal audits / verifying the corrective and preventive actions whenever requested by QA Representative.
• Liaison with Senior QA Engineer whenever required on matters related to Qualities.
• Shut down planning which includes indenting materials, arranging contractors and co-ordination with other departments.
• Carry out maintenance activity in line with PTW system to ensure safe environment to manpower and materials.
