At American Club Singapore, I was awarded by NHI for scholarship to join on the job training as a Trainee Professional Cook.
2. October 1996 to June 1997,
At Anthony Veder Shipping Company in Rotterdam Blakk, as a Chief Cook.
3. November 1997 to January 2001,
At PT. Pangansari Utama Catering Indonesia, as a Catering Supervisor that responsible to run Catering operation Services and Accommodation Offshore and Onshore, During working as Catering Supervisor I was sent and run Rig 37 Daya Turangga, Rig 21 Daya Turangga, Rig 146, BELOIT Pulp and Paper Factory in Indah Kiat Pekanbaru, Castoro Barge from SAIPEM, GULF Palembang and Freeport in Irian Jaya – Tembagapura.
4. 2001 February to April 2002,
Organizing own business and share with accompanies to build up and run Café in Bandung, that was succeed for few months.
5. 2002 June to 2003 December,
Joined Oil and Gas Survey Company named Gardline Survey in Great Yarmouth United Kingdom as a Chef De Cuisine.

Joined Catering Company PT. Tata Wisata Catering and Accommodation in Jakarta and sent to Balikpapan as a Branch Manager, I was responsible to gear up management system, marketing, development Profit distribution to Company.
7. 2005 September,
Joining PT. Prasmanindo Boga Utama and in charge in LNG – Tangguh Site in Papua/Irian Jaya Barat as an Operation Manager/Project Manager to mobilize the Camp from 400 Persons to 6,800, I am fully responsible to run the contract on the Operation Site.
8. February 2007,
I have assigned to manage and run generally of Catering & Associated Services operation for Oil & Gas Sector for Catering Operation Offshore & Onshore that based in Balikpapan Operation Office.
9. June 2008,
As a Consultant team leader of Fast food restaurants services & Food Court Services.
