Business Development Department

Reports to the Operations Manager of daily staff attendance, work performance, work orders, schedule, facilities and the like.
Supervise more than 50 cleaners providing them guidance and instructions to accomplish their maintenance tasks.
Coordinates with the clients/Contracting officer with regards to daily work operations.
Attending with the clients meeting whenever as needed.
Inspect more than 180 facilities and ensure that these are maintained by randomly checking the crew’s cleaning procedures.
Motivate and empower staff to be effective towards their assigned work through daily interaction with them; and communicate their concerns to the Management for action.
Resolve customers/clients complaints as soon as possible with regards to the assigned facility.
Review staff performance and make recommendations to Management for promotion, demotion, terminations, raises, bonuses or incentives based on key performance indicators
Authorized to make decisions with regards to daily operations on site when unexpected situation comes.
Prepare documents such as Gate Passes, Cleaning Schedule, Time Sheets and other paper works that needs to be submitted to the Contracting officer/Client.
Review Times Sheets of each employee such as (attendance, total hours of work, overtime, leave/vacation).

Position: Cyber Café Attendant
Period: August 18, 2004 to August 31, 2007
Attending to the officers’ needs, providing them the quality services they expect and require in Internet applications and procedures. Additionally, attending and handling telephone calls is also accomplished.
Making sure that the facilities of the Cyber are clean, and that personal computers are in the proper running condition and free from particles that may damage the units.
Logging in the incoming and outgoing customers in a logbook, and maintaining the logbook in a proper and an accessible place. This will maintain a track of the customers for future use. Responsible also in logging all the lost and found items inside the system and securing such items to the owner.
