 Providing job operations & engineering support to clients.

 Implemented, installed and maintained Coiled Tubing (CT), Directional Drilling (MWD/LWD/TT) & Artificial Lift systems on drilling sites in the field.

 Responsible for supervision and operation of down-hole drilling and intervention tools and equipment within field guidelines specified by operational procedures (Best Practices) and customer needs. Assist and supervise well-site operations by means of the usage of technical well plans/programs.

 Interact with oil company reps to provide assistance and service when required, ensuring down-hole tools are set based on specifications and necessary calculations to run the equipment – determine pressures, settings and trouble shoot all problems for cased and open hole situations.

 Responsible for ensuring well control and performing well control calculations before and during job.

 Create and develop all fields ticketing, BHA, tool schematics, job log and ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

 Working with most forms of specialized (Threaded pipe & coiled tubing applications) Milling, Fishing, Inflatable Packer, Bridge Plug, Jet Pumps, Well cleanout, Directional Drilling.

 Preparing Proposals, job programs etc.

 Successfully completed some of the most complex Fishing & Milling jobs (Fishing Baker TCP Guns w/ Double Elbow Tool Overshot, Milling Baker Quick Drill Plug), Well Cleanout and Stimulation in Offshore Mumbai High ONGC wells. Jet Pump Installation in very high H2S Producing zones.

 Working with Field Specialists in designing and manufacturing new tools for specific Directional Drilling, Fishing, Milling, Workover Jobs.
