•Designed and implemented a competency assurance program for 600+ Operations and Maintenance Technicians at the expansion phase of an LNG ‘mega project’ involving the simultaneous commissioning and start up of nine distinct facilities: Offshore, Inlet Reception, LNG, Utilities, Sulfur Recovery, Common Sulfur Plant, Common Liquids Plant, Refinery, Loading Berth, in addition to three Maintenance Divisions.
•Received recognition, from two external audit teams, as having a Competency Assurance program that was a ‘Best Practice’ and an ‘Organizational Strength’.
•Lead and coordinated the activities of five departments within the organization; Classroom Training, Vendor Training, On the Job Training, Procedure Development, and Competency Assurance.
•Trained over 70 work place assessors; empowering them to complete workplace assessments of over 600 operations and maintenance personnel.
