Professional Experience
Position: Plant Cost Maintenance Controller.
Function: Ensure that all Projects related activities are carried out
In accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities:
Log daily equipment hours/kilometers from timesheets received from timekeepers/logs received from drivers.
Ensure that all time sheets are received from the yard/drivers on time with a full and detailed description of the works being carried out.
Produce monthly plant reports detailing running costs per hour/kilometer.
Produce monthly fuel consumption reports.
Liaise with the mechanical maintenance department to raise work orders and capture all costs against each equipment.
Schedule maintenance using Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) & raise requisitions in conjunction with Mechanical Superintendent.
Advise systems faults to IT department and liaise with them to resolve.
Liaise with Quantity Surveyor/Contract Administrator to ensure that all information required be presented correctly and on time.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) responsibilities.

To work on projects and ensure that all-mechanical completion, Pre-commissioning is done.
To liaise with the client, certifying bureau, and QC department for performing the load tests of rig cranes, BOP hoists, air winches, pad eyes and function tests at designated standards.
To prepare and maintain all MITRS, Certification and documentation for the Pre-Commissioning of the system by liaising with the Quality control department.
Pre-Commissioning of Electrical water pumps, Mud pumps on rigs as per clients scope.
