Construction of 12 Hectares Logistics Base (Oct 05 – Current)
Managing all phases of multimillion dollar logistics base project including supervision of various marine operations carried out using a wide variety of vessels and barges working in hazardous area.


Create improvement and provide recommendation for marine operations that respect to SOLAS, MARPOL, and company HSE manuals.

Ensuring that marine activities from seatruck, crewboat, tugboat, and barges work as per prevailing marine regulations and HSE standards.

Supervision of piling work by crane barges for more than 750 piles on swampy area.

Supervision of dredging operations of more than 360,000 m3 river sand for backfilling materials.

Supervising project engineers. Hiring and scheduling subcontractors. Training and evaluating all team members. Conducting performance evaluations.

River Crossing Replacement Pipeline for TOTAL INDONESIE (Feb 05 – Oct 05)

Prepare the conceptual marine procedures and calculations.

Prepare Pipelay Barge operations manual and HSE inspections.
Sewage treatment system design for accommodation barge to comply HSE standards.

Tugboats and Barges inspection prior to dry dock.

Structural design of flat top barge.

Ensuring anchor job, mooring, and marine fleet operations as per prevailing marine regulations.

Prepare vessel stability analysis for loading and unloading of materials.

Piling of signboards, mooring piles and pipe protections.

Emergency riser repair project for TOTAL INDONESIE (Jan 05 –March 05)

Mobilize barge with the necessary equipment, consumables and project material prior to its departure to the field.

Prepared procedures, Construction Engineering, engineering design including draft, calculation and detail design according to the regulations and standards.

Prepare a work plan for the barge operations on 24 hrs basis.

Responsible for offshore construction starting from fabrication and installation through pigging and hydrostatic testing.

• MAXSURF
This package used to draw the catamaran hull form, estimate power/speed requirement and analyze stability of ferry design project.
• CFX 5.6
This computational fluid dynamic software used to analyze the liquid flow and stresses in
the pipe, estimate drag force of the ROV also design of ferry project.
• PRO MECHANICA
Software to draw and analyze the pressure distribution of the ROV hull, analyze the strength of lifting rig for the recovery of 2500 kg ROV over the stern of a survey vessel.
• STAAD III
This software applied to analyze load distribution, safety factors and stress analysis of lifting frame of upheaval buckle pipeline repair project and river cross pipeline lifting gear.
• OFFPIPE
This program used to perform static davit lifting analysis of subsea tie-in, pipe stresses, span length and deflection of upheaval buckle pipeline project
• AutoCAD 2002
This package applied to draw remotely operated vehicle (ROV), lifting frame, crane for ships
• Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Internet.
One of my course works was a design of spreadsheet with user friendliness to predict the power requirement of offshore supply vessel.

Software used for ship vibration analysis, hydraulic governor and propulsion system.

Computer algebra system applied to simulate the dynamic behavior of launch Free-fall Lifeboats as my BEng Final project.
