• Co-ordinate with shipping/logistics officer regarding new shipments arrival.
• Clearing all material receipt along with Material Test Certificates, PMI, Third Party Certificates, and P/List etc.
• Co-ordinate with Procurement dept – Expeditor’s, regarding any disputes related with P O, Receipt of material and OSD Reports.
• Meeting with sub-contractor’s material controller –for new shipment arrivals.
• Proper material preservation.
• Co-ordination with QC dept. for inspection of materials.
• Co-ordinate with HSC Dept. for SAFE working condition.
• Following all safety measures to achieve TARGET ZERO ACCIDENT.
