I possess 23 years of experience in the various commercial and administration activities of oilfiled supply & services and Core of Diplomatic affairs in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Worked as Buyer with ESNAAD, formerly Abu Dhabi Drilling Chemicals & Products Limited (ADDCAP), one of the ADNOC Group of Companies.

Basic Function: Provide work direction to a group of four Assistants and other clerical staff and perform purchasing and related activities concerned with buying group and check, control and endorse all transactions prepared by them.
Work Performed:
• Receives Purchase Requisition (PRs) Stock Proposal Forms, Requisition for Capital, Direct Materials plus Stock Proposal Forms for the procurement of General Materials and initials action after checking, verifying information estimated value and availability of supply. Discusses with Head of Purchasing the complex packages of high value/urgent and critical requirements before initiating procurement action.
• Liaises with Originator to clarify points concerning detailed specifications, quantities and delivery of items required. Liaises with Sourcing to formulate a Bidders List relevant to the commodity to be purchased. Submits and obtains approval to bidders list from appropriate Bid Evaluation Committee (where necessary).
• Issues Enquiries at appropriate level, using estimated value and technical requirement to determine form of enquiry. Ensures that all supporting documents is complete. Selects terms and conditions and instructions to bidders to be applied.
• Analyses bids received commercially, liaises with originator of request for support if technical evaluation required. Prepares detailed bid summary with recommendations for analysis at appropriate level.
• Equipment/Material Purchase: Purchase of Construction equipment and other related materials, complete range of General Consumables and Electrical materials for warehouse stock and Marine Safety materials and equipment for supply vessels.
