Responsible in Planning and Scheduling of shutdown and turnaround for PF(K)SB complex consist of Ammonia plant, Utility plant ,Urea plant, Product Distribution Facility and Urea Export Terminal in the following aspects:

Position : Executive (Maintenance Support).
Responsible for maintenance support and services as followings:
i)Manage, coordinate and lead the Fabrication team in maintenance and modification (i.e: piping, vessel, structure and etc.)
ii)Manage, coordinate and lead the Support Services team in providing support services to maintenance team. (i.e: scaffolding, insulation, refractory, painting, cranes, civil services and etc.)
iii)Lead team for Safety Valve and Manual Valve service, repair and testing during Turnaround 2005.
iv)Construction/installation supervision and construction quality control of vessel construction and various piping modification.
v)Manage and coordinate on-line leak sealing repairs including review of design and fabrication quality control of leak sealing clamp.
vi)Project team member for design and fabrication of various process equipment i.e: separator (blow down flash drum for steam boiler) and heat exchanger (ammonia condenser)

Employer : Petronas Dagangan Berhad (PDB)
Position : Depot Superintendent.
Responsible for Operations and Maintenance of Bulk Depot in
Pasir Gudang,Johor as followings:
i)Manage and coordinate vessel/ocean tanker offloading operations/receiving operations from Dangerous Cargo Jetty (DCJ) of Johor Port Berhad (JPB) to storage terminal for refined product i.e: Automotive Diesel Oil (ADO), Marine Gas Oil (MGO), Low viscosity Fuel Oil (LFO),Medium viscosity Fuel Oil (MFO) and Aviation Gasoline (Avgas).
ii)Manage operations and maintenance of storage/tank farm and truck loading facilities. Total storage capacity is about 120 MT with total 16 storage tanks (cone roof type & floating roof type).
iii)Manage and coordinate products delivery to PDB customers around Southern Region via road tanker.
iv)Manage and coordinate bunkering services via pipeline to JPB’s Jetty.
v)Act as PDB’s liaison officer with local and port authorities, government agencies (i.e: JPB, PBTPG, KASTAM, DOSH & DOE)
