Working in BELAYIM PETROLEUM COMPANY- BETROBEL (Owner / Operating / Multinational Oil & Gas Co. Egypt) from December 2005 and till present in general projects Dep. – with a projects team as a MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER

Company representative onboard supervised and follow-up the following duties:

1.Temsah North West 2 platform-Mediterranean Sea (offshore) Platform installation, piping hook up, skids installation onboard of Saipem 3000 barge - Saipem company-ENI.

2.Temsah North West 2 platform-Mediterranean Sea (offshore) Installing-hook up activities for Outlet Sea lines 24" gas line & 10" condensate line, condensate and gas plems, SSIV with its relevant activities hydro test, purging and dewatering by nitrogen-startup&commissioning. PMS. CO. Diving supply vessel MAYO DSV with its operational crew – subsea7 company-England.
3.Temsah-4 platform hook up activities from well head x-tree to production manifold (offshore) SANTAFE CO. – onboard of KEY-MANHATTAN RIG.
4.Semman Platform Sea line laying with 18" size and total length 18000 mt. and preparation of dummy spools for future sub sea hot tapping tie in's (offshore) Onboard of BARGE NO. 11 & 12 PMS. CO.
5.Temsah North West 2 platform-installing of sub sea SSIV with its relevant facilities onboard of TEAM-MUSCAT DSV. NICO MIDDLE EAST LTD. COMPANY and KEY SINGAPORE RIG – SANTAFE CO.
6.WASTE WATER TREATMENT PROJECT in EL-GAMIL plant (onshore) skimming system and treatment processing facilities with injection system in disposal wells.
7.R.P.P. ONSHORE PLANT UPGRADING commissioning & start-up activities.
8.MIOCENE-gas acceleration project :
Project description, Installation of the following new equipments:-
-Slug catcher 4 finger 36” type.
-New stabilizer column (capacity 8000 bbl/day) for condensate stabilization phase separators (1st stage & Glycol H/C separator)
Gasoline Air cooler.
-Relevant inter connecting piping, skids and tie- in’s.
9.new jumper line 14" size with its relevant tie-in from inter piping skid to port fouad LTS train in order to make separation between dry and rich gas coming from marine by convert this LTS train to work as dry gas only.
10.New Fire Fighting Tank Project with Capacity 3000m3 SINAI - Abu Rdeis fields.

29.Attend contractor HSE meetings, Tool box talks, and safety drills.
Generate/Approve permit to work as per company rules.

Generate all work procedures, skids lifting procedures and installation method of statements procedures, piping routing, tie-in's location and negotiate with supplier all site modifications, work priorities planning…etc.
For all the above mentioned projects prepare project relevant hot tapping Tie-in’s with the existing plants sharing with preparing tie-in’s location, philosophy and execution procedure, supervised and reviewed with the executer companies TD WILLIAM SONS. LTD, WELLUBE, PPC companies ...ETC.
Supervised different hot tapping tie-in's sizes execution 2", 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 20", 24", 28” …etc.
