RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating with client as well as senior QC engineers in inspection such as fit up checking, visual checking, orifice flange smoothness, etc.
Checking all kinds of NDE works like RT, PT, UT, MT, PMI, HT, PWHT etc.
Familiar with all types of WPS and PQR .
Conducting welder performance tests.
Familiar with heaters and tanks .
Conducting pneumatic test, air leakage test for R-pads.
Making DWR.
Experience in handling low alloy .stainless steel, low temperature steel etc.
Making fit up reports and visual reports.
Checking pre-heat temperature and post heating for low alloy steels.
Witnessing NDT works with client to ensure the quality of the joints.
Making punch list clear for the HYDRO TEST,PNEUMATC TEST,VISUAL TEST AND SERVICE TESTS.
Hydro test package preparation.
Familiar with ASME SEC IX, ASME B31.1 ,ASME SEC V etc.
Familiar to all kinds of drawings like ISOMETRIC ,PIPING AND ISTRUMENTATON, PIPING AND FLOW etc.
