Job Responsibilities:
1. Safety briefing & orientation of all new personnel on board.
2. Safety & Hygiene. Training for catering crew.
3. Galley inspection, Chiller, Freezers, Storage areas..
4. Water testing of Galley, Bathroom, and Water maker.
5. Fire drill & Casualty drill. Every week.
6. Inspection of Eye wash and Ear plugs stations & Pathogen kit all over the rig.
7. Pre Food box briefing for safety and hygiene with catering crew.
8. Food box inspection & mentoring for safety.
9. POB update with updating of Muster stations.
10. Keeping track of periodic medical of all Transocean expats as well as nationals.
11. Issuing medical certificate of employee’s fitness to work.
12. Briefing on Malaria awareness, Immunizations, & Infectious disease.
13. Maintain Medical Activity Log, Patients contacts report.
14. Maintain Record of Emergency Equipment in Rig-Hospital and Stretchers.
15. Periodic Check for proper functioning of Emergency Equipment in Hospital.
16. Prescribe the Medication to Patient as per Transocean Rig-Medic Protocol.
17. TOP side supports.
18. Stretcher Training: To Crew / Stretcher Team on Board.
19. Regular update with Incidents and Weekly APU-QHSE Notification to discuss incident related to Catering or others for safety awareness.
20. Briefing the Safety equipment in Galley to Catering Crew.
21. Power point Presentation of Health & Safety related topics on board.
