As a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering & a Qualified Lead assessor of ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System with 12 Years of Experience in the field of Quality Assurance/ Control / QMS implementation in Oil & Gas Construction Industry .

Roles & Responsibilities in Oil & Gas Construction Division:
• To liaise with Construction team to ensure all inspection & testing requirements are fulfilled and complete Quality is achieved to meet the client’s requirements in Piping / Welding, Painting / Insulation, Structural, Equipment, and Electrical / Instrumentation erection activities.
• Responsible for preparing and getting approval from Client for the Project Quality System Procedures, Project Quality Control Procedures, Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan (Quality Plan) & Dossiers.
• Responsible to review, analyze and act on the project Quality problems and taking corrective actions for the same.
• Monitoring the departmental objectives such as RFI Rejections, Radiography rejection rates, Project / System NCR analysis, Welder Qualification trends, Material approval trends, Pre-Qualification of Sub-contractors,
• To Liaise with Client & Client’s representative to ensure quality of product / supplies / services by sub-contractors meet the client’s requirements.
• Provide regular reports and analysis of QA performance to Project Manager.
• Audit and monitor Quality and Environmental systems for compliance and effectiveness.
• Coordinating and maintaining a nonconformance control system including issuing of non-conformance reports to the Project Manager and ensure Corrective actions are implemented and its effectiveness is assessed.
• Control the construction quality activities until the deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions are corrected / eliminated.
• Conducting Training programs to Quality and Execution functional crew to impart knowledge on Quality standards and Quality System enhancement activities.

Project Quality System Implementations & Responsibilities:
• Preparing & Reviewing Project Management Plan, Project Quality Plan, Work Method Statements for Erection, Testing and Commissioning.
• Managing and Controlling Quality System Documents, Technical Documents, Engineering Specifications and Data Sheets.
• Responsible for the Control of Codes and Standards.
• Preparation and Review of Inspection Test Plan, Check list & Inspection formats.
• Punch list preparation, Review and Closure and Handling over to Client.
• Analysis of System & Process Non-conformances and initiate Corrective and Preventive actions. Analyzing the process using SQC techniques.
