Professional Experience
I am a Change Management/Human Capital professional with approximately 15 years of consulting and implementation experience. My first 10 years were spent with the global management consulting firm, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) providing change management, organization and programme management advisory services to strategic Government initiatives and implementation projects. The last 5 years have been with Shell Oil where my involvement and contribution has been focused on developing organisaton and leadership effectiveness, as well as large-scale change, global re-structuring and outsourcing programmes. I have specific skills and interest in human capital and change mangement. Complementing this, are proven project management, organisational design, job design and communication skills needed to develop, implement and facilitate interventions to grow greater organisational and leadership effectiveness.
