Recently we are working on BP oil& gas facilities.

Responsibilities:
•Thorough study of PIDs, PFDs and schematic diagrams.
•Compare the design & operational parameters to obtain the precise inspection plan
•Evaluate the deterioration factors by using RBI Software T-OCA
(Tischuk – Operational Criticality Assessment)
•Determine the stream compositions by using HYSIS
•Recommend the NDT (Non Destructive Techniques) to client for different failure modes.

Company: Novatex Ltd
Designation: Process Engineer
Experience: 5 yrs (April 2003– Feb. 2008)

Novatex Limited It’s one of the largest and most modern plant of the count. It is the only petrochemical plant producing Amorphous polyester chips (Food & Textile Grade PET Chips). The major running plants include two Polycondensation Unit and two UOP Sinco’s Solid State Polymerization Unit.
Responsibilities:
•Working on a latest DCS system DELTA V& PROVOX by Fisher Rosemount USA.
•Daily check the operation of PolyCondensation plant and check all the equipment and if found any abnormality rectify it.
•Ensure the daily preventive maintenance schedule of pumps; heat exchangers, weigh machine, cutting units, dryers etc.
•Implementation of operational and maintenance plan and take appropriate measures in emergencies.
•Check the process parameter sheets and lab reports of last 24 hours. Prepare daily abnormality report and conduct meeting on daily basis with H.O.D for the rectification of abnormality.

Erection Experience: Commissioning & Startup of new erected SSP
and Polycondensation Plants.
