Roles & Responsibilities

„Ã Receiving and reviewing the Purchase requisitions (PRs) from various departments and making sure they properly approved.

„Ã Preparing Request for Quotations (RFQ) form and route them to Suppliers for them quotes.

„Ã Doing quotation analysis and recommend the supplier/ contractor basing on the criteria and standards of the organization.

„Ã Processing the Purchase Orders and placing orders in SAP with suppliers/ contractors.

„Ã Doing expedition on the placed orders, ensuring the ordered goods/ work/ services are delivered completely in time.

„Ã Procurement of goods and services of the required quality at the lowest cost in accordance with the project requirements and within the scheduled limits.
