Beginning May 2008, while doing work based training at TUCF to achieve certification in ADAS (Australian Diver Accreditation Scheme) parts 1, 2, and 3. Completed September 2008

Work performed consists of Open Water dives in SCUBA and SSBA equipment. Diving attendant; standby diver and surface team member duties. Underwater work including; lifting; search patterns; inspection and measurement techniques; underwater surveys (visual and photographic) ; hand, power, explosive powered and hydraulic tools; waterjet and airlift; thermal cutting techniques; underwater welding; maintenance of underwater tools and explosive use underwater.

• Working as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer, certified to teach a total of 13 specialty courses, these include, EANx, Dry Suit, Deep, Wreck and Search and Recovery.
• Employed as Dive Coordinator of the internship programme. Training newly certified divers up to Divemaster in preparation for instructor training, this included all classroom sessions, speciality training, and overseeing divemaster duties and being responsible for our 26m dive boat, briefings and safety of crew, employees and passangers.

INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES
• Other pastimes include mountain biking, sky diving and trekking, I also enjoy the challenge of travelling to the harsher environments in the world found in Asia, South America and Africa.
