Location: Power station of Belayim Petroleum Company (PETROBEL) at Abu Rudeis fields as a representative of EMC,Operation and Maintenance at the station with different kind of turbines :Nuovo Pignone Gas turbines (MS 3002J, Frame3)

SpeedtronicTM Mark VI,Sulzer Gas turbines (Type 1),ManTurbo (Siemens "SIMATIC" PLC),I am an experienced user of Mark VI (a turbine control system by GE), capable of tracing control logic, making a trend, analyzing a trend…etc. I attended the Retrofit of 2 unit of “ANSALDO” Generator driven by “Nuovo Pignone” Gas turbine (MS 3002J, Frame 3) “Retrofit consists of: Turbine major inspection, complete replacement of Control System from SpeedtronicTM (Mark II) to (Mark VI)” also I attended commissioning, testing & re-start up of the upgraded (Turbo-Gen.) at (PETROBEL) co.
•I am familiar with various Synchronous Generators (ANSALDO, GENERAL ELECTRIC & BBC) of different electric connections, protective (schemes & devices) & Excitation Systems (Static Excitation “ANSALDO & ABB” & Digital Excitation “Basler Electric & ANSALDO”)
I participated in many Generator tests (Open & Short circuit, Polarization index, Megger,…etc), also for instrument transformers “V.T’s & C.T’s” I performed (Polarity test for C.T’s, C.T’s & V.T’s ratio,…etc.).
I dealt different types of relays (electro-mechanical, static and microprocessor based relays [e.g. SEPAM protective relay by SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, G60 "Gen. Management Relay by GENERAL ELECTRIC"]), motors, bearings, switch gears(siemens & Schneider), MCC's, power flow in a network, reading manuals & control drawings, supervisor system (Load Shedding and Sharing System).I attended the testing of a group of Siemens protective relays (static type) [Distance relay (21), Directional earth fault relay (67N), Differential relay (87T), Over current relay (51), Short Circuit relay (50)....].
I attended the maintenance of Siemens vacuum circuit breakers with medium (10.5, 20 kV) & low voltage air circuit breakers (0.4 kv) .
Participated in the installation of pms (power management system) for load shearing &load shedding system.
