· Drive regional sales/supply chain forecasting process for all ES products and services
· Be single point of contact for Forecasting and Entitlement reporting .
· Own 12 month rolling forecast of parts/service/repair demand on supply chain from entitlement forecasting process for the region
· Own 12 month rolling forecast of sales convertibility for regional sales targets

2006 EXXONMOBIL NORTH AFRICA, Demand and Production Planner (Supply Chain)
· Lead S&OP cycle in Tunisia to maturity, by periodic meeting with Sales to capture market intelligence and improved forecasting process, which resulted in an improvement of 5% of the Fulfilment Rate (93 to 98% versus a target of 96 %) and 9 points in the DFA (Demand Forecast Accuracy); 2 months forwards and taking into account open orders, root cause analysis on a monthly basis.
· Improved the planning tools used by introducing a new raw materials calculation method based on dependant demand ;
· Continuous recycling and follow-up of market trends (campaigns, pricing etc…) to impact the supply plans and production plans accordingly and ensure customer satisfaction ;
· Production planning on a weekly basis ; supply planning on a monthly basis ;
· Inventory level optimisation by setting specific stocking strategy for each product family (10 day reduction in inventory) ;
· Thorough follow up of technical evolution of the product line to ensure availability of new formulations timely for the market and correct depleting of old stocks to avoid DS and SMS ;
· Interface between Sales and Supply to shape the market requirements within the logistic existing constraints without loosing market share or business opportunity.
