- Performing all the accounting work, like; journal entries, posting to different financial statements and preparing trials balance.
- Coordinating between the company and the banks
- Preparing the accounting and administrational organization structure.
- Checking the balances of customers and supplies.
- Preparing budgets and cash flows for projects.
- Stating different policies of Real – Estate and maintenance work.
- Creates and manage various business operations consisting of multiple operating entities and programs .Manage and coordinates such function as budget preparation and administration, fiscal and business planning, resources management, contract/grant administration, and facilities management for specified operating units / departments, as appropriate. Develops and implements integrated operating policies procedures pertaining to the establishment's
- Business management activities.
- Supervising the inventory control for the company’s warehouse.
- Supervision on distribution, credit management, storage and collection.
- Making the general polices to the company toward (receiving messages from aboard increasing sales ratio and so on.)
Serves as a resource, insuring that client issues are promptly resolved.
• Monitors workflow and schedules assignments.
• Provides on-going training for new and experienced staff members.
• Develops new procedures or enhances current procedures to improve team productivity.
• Provides on-going communication with the manager regarding production and staff performance.
Major Duties:
• Assigns tasks to an accounting operations team in corporate trust reporting, security clearance, personal savings, and deposit services. Organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activity, and ensures timely and accurate completion of work.
• Provides input into the performance management process and staffing decisions.
• Provides backup support for accounting operations team which include, correcting internal reports regarding financial positions, reconciling
client accounts, and processing transactions.
• Reviews team reports, informing staff of errors, assisting in problem resolution.


Researches and resolves problems using in-depth knowledge of accounting operations processes.
• Participates in client meetings regarding any problematic reporting procedures.

Eductation

Bachelor of commerce-accounting section 2001-grade good

- Perform monthly variance analysis between actual & budget
- Plan, analyze and forecast budget of all internal functions
- Preparing the accounting and administrational organization structure.
- Perform daily cash payment / receipts, manage bank accounts
- Prepares an internal audit program that covers the activities and location to ensure that sound internal monitoring systems are in place.
