Managing financial objectives and designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls, strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize organizational goals

Accounts: Designing and implementing systems & procedures; Maintaining various books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash / Bank book bank reconciliation and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.

MIS: Supervising the preparation of MIS reports daily Bank Position to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. fund management and aging analysis.

Taxation/ Statutory Compliance: Interfacing with the Excise & Sales tax cell, in implementing the Service Tax rules and compliances and collection of appropriate forms for submission to the Sales Tax cell. And in Kenya submitting monthly VAT returns, and paying all the Govt Liabilities like (NSSF, NHIF, PAYEE)

Auditing: Carrying out Internal / Statutory Audits. Co-ordinating with Statutory and Tax Auditors. Preparing Schedules and Reports for the same. Discussing the queries and giving the suitable replies and implementing necessary recommendations.
