ľ Preparing Outgoing Gate pass for Rejected material & for sending material outside for Reconditioning.
ľ Generating Rejection / Shortage / Damage & Overage Report through oracle system.
ľ Handling ISO Tanks through coordinating with End-user & Transporter.
ľ Handling Bulk Chemical receiving through Ship (Acetic Acid / Propylene)
ľ Receiving the Material Issue Note (MIN) from end-user which directly prints in the Warehouse, scrolling the same & issued in the base on FIFOB (FIRST IN FIRST OUT BASIS) to the initiator.
ľ Material preservation.
ľ Annual stock taking.
ľ Receiving the accepted material from Receipt sections.
ľ Stacking the accepted material as per material category.
ľ Updating locations and receipt quantity in the system.
ľ Handling Updating Return to Stock.
Responsible for the maintenance and storekeeping of all inventory items kept in the warehouse.
ľ Reviews, verifies regarding the movement of inventory items.
ľ Initiates, reviews and certify the contents of the purchase/store requisition as prepared by Warehouseman.
ľ Implement the prescribed record keeping procedures.
ľ Implements approved housekeeping procedures and safety programs.
ľ Provide assistance in conducting physical inventory and subsequent
ľ Reconciliation of counts with oracle System.
ľ Preparing Reports to Material Warehouse Supervisor for Daily as well s Monthly Reports.
ľ Responsible for purchase of local materials.
ľ Confers with department personnel concerning the availability, cost and use of commodities.
ľ Advises user departments and vendors regarding appropriate purchasing methods and procedures.
ľ Investigates and resolves complaints related to receipt of goods and performance of services.
ľ Assists senior staff on large purchasing projects.
ľ Uses computerized systems to process purchase order, research vendors and produce reports as required.
