„« Chemical Testing for Pre ¡V Treatment Tank.

„« Monitoring of process parameter Degreasing, Pickling, Acid Rinsing and Flux Solution Tank parameter.

„« Testing incoming chemical is using all process.

„« Preparation & Review Process Parameters (Work instruction, Operation standards).

„« Follow Up Inspection & Test Plan.

„« Final Inspection of Hot-Dip Galvanized Materials.

„« Offer for Third Party Inspection.

„« Customer interaction and complaint handling.

„« Released Material issued Test Certificate (MTC).

„« Graph Analysis of all parameter as Coating Thickness (each dip and each Customer wise), Degreasing, Pickling, Acid Rinsing and Flux Solution values.

„« Capability to use various instructions.

„« Leading Role in USG-Chemical Safety.
