One year working in Soorty Enterprises (Pvt.) Limited, Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, as Assistant Manager (Garment Wet Processing Unit).
Working in OGDCL as Assistant Engineer Process, since December 2007 and visits the following Plants during Training.
Dakhni Condensate and Gas Processing Plant.
Dohdak Condensate Field.
Uch Gas Field.
Qadirpur Gas Field.
Working as a shift engineer at Qadirpur Gas Plant that has the facility for the purification of the raw gas from impurities like CO2 and H2S. The duties include:
• Ensuring the uninterrupted supply of purified natural gas to customer according to the specification of GSA.
• Co ordinate with the services departments to facilitate them in order to ensure the fulfillment of maintenance plans.
• Manage shift operators, manipulation of plant operating parameters.
• Make sale gas calculations, to prepare daily production reports.
• Maintain the smooth& safe operation of processing plant.
• Identify trouble anywhere in plant operation and early and efficient troubleshooting.
• Maintain sale gas specification.
• Make smooth and trouble free operation of rotary equipments.
• Relation with customer to identify and resolve customer related problems. Relation with vendor to discuss and get help from them to solve specified problems.
Eductation
BE Chemical (4 Year) from Maharan University of Engineering and Technologi Jamshoro Pakistan.
Pass out from MUET on December 2006, With 73% Marks.
Certification
Member of Pakistan Engineering Council as Proffessional Engineer with registration # CHEM 6878.
