Reviewing various WPS/PQR, Inspection Test Plans and Construction Method Statements for fabrication & erection of structural, piping, tanks, NDE procedures etc of
different sub contractors.
Witnessing Procedure Qualification and Welder Performance Qualification Test in
accordance to ASME Sec IX.
Documented Owner Inspection and monitoring all structural works at all ITP inspection
points, from installation to total fabrication including structural welding.
Documented Owner Inspection and monitoring of CS & SS Tanks at all ITP inspection
points in accordance with API 620 & API 650.
Responsible for owner Inspection during assembly & Erection of metallic (CS, SS &
Alloy) and RTR Piping with P & IDs, ISO Drawings, General Arrangement Drawings
with reference to ASME B 31.3 & Client specifications.
Coordinating Various NDE activities like Radiography film Interpretation, Dye
Penetration Test, Magnetic Particle Inspection etc.
Coordinating various Destructive tests with their results for Bend test, tensile test,
hardness test, nick brake, and notch toughness impact (Charpy) test.
Coordinating PMI test for welded High alloy steel joints as per client requirement.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic, Muttom, Kerala, India.

CSWIP 3.1 – (Cert. No.: 37862) An international certification for welding inspection from TWI, United Kingdom (UK)
ASNT Level II in Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing and Dye Penetrant Testing.
