LPG Bottling and Storage Plant Construction, Operation and Maintenance.

Senior Facilities Officer – LPG
• Deputed at LPG department initially for the development of LPG Plant. The assignment included providing technical support and services in the field of design and development. Interpretation of technical drawings, cost and material estimation, project schedules and report, tender documents, complete supervision of project activities including planning for procurement / import of material and equipment, stores inspection, liaising with the concerned infrastructure establishments for obtaining necessary licenses / permissions etc.
• Deputed at LPG Facilities department to look after project planning, expansion and maintenance of five LPG storage and bottling Plants. The assignment includes supervision, monitoring, inspection and to carry out safety analysis of the said Plants including development of capital and revenue budgets, monitoring operational requirements, HSE inspection and evaluation of each Plant and to develop standards, schedules and routine maintenance and inspection procedures. Coordination at all levels within and outside the company for safe and economical operations of the Plants.

Terminal Officer
• Deputed at an Oil Installation engaged in handling of petroleum products. Assigned to plan and monitor all maintenance activities including bulk storage tanks, pipeline systems, pumps and fire fighting systems. Periodic inspection and scheduling of maintenance requirements.
• Subsequently placed to take charge of central stores located within the Installation premises and dealing with the inventory planning and distribution as per requirements of the depots.
• Technical evaluation of incoming store materials, equipment, spares, their categorization and handling.

Plant Officer
• Assigned to control operational activities pertaining to LPG bottling and storage Plants. The responsibilities included maintenance of LPG pumps, bottling machines and other related equipment. Receipt planning with refineries, sales planning and control for prompt distribution of product.
• Monitoring quality and quantity parameters of product, developing contingency plans for Plant safety and ensure readiness of LPG cylinders and bottling equipment.
