Job Responsibilities.

„X Assist the HR Manager with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with current best practice.
„X Ensure employee personal details and employment terms and conditions remain strictly confidential.
„X For voluntary leavers' complete telephone Exit Interviews, reporting main findings to the HR Manager on a monthly basis.
„X Support in identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications.
„X Review candidate database and contact potential applicants to arrange and support in conducting interviews.
„X Create, and maintain an up-to-date candidate's database.
„X Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
„X Co-ordinate termination of employment process.
„X Collate Monthly statistics relating to HR manager.
„X In conjunction with management, ensure appropriate Induction training takes place for all new employees with the appropriate documentation completed & returned.
„X Ensure all probationary reviews are completed in a timely manner and confirmation of appointment is issued.
