A Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management professional, with NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health from UK and Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS) from Gujarat Technical Examination Board- Gujarat- India.
During 20 years experience in chemical process/ Oil & Gas, handled major hazard Chemicals without compromising on safety.

System Development:
• Develop and implement HSEMS/EPRP/ Change Management / House Keeping system with reward programs, HSE Objectives & MP; HSE plans, HSE procedures and standards at corporate level.
• Prepare monthly and annual management reports on HSE performance.
• Develop and obtain approval for annual budget for Safety and Fire department, define technical specifications of fire and safety equipments.
• Led and conduct accident/incident and near miss investigations, identify root causes & implement corrective actions, analyse and identify trends of accidents/incidents/near misses and report to the management and provide feedback to worksites.
Audits and inspection:
• Prepare Audit plan and organise HSEMS internal & external audit and compliance monitoring of the audit observations
• Establish periodic Inspection, testing programme and HK audit program on regular basis.
Training and development:
• Develop computerised HSE induction program for new employees, visitors and contractors
